There was always hot water. The towels were nice and soft. There was plenty of space in the bathroom and in the room. The view from the hotel was not that bad as we were on the 17th floor, and I suppose that higher is better. The stuff was really nice and helpful all the time.

Good location if you’re wanting to be downtown. Walk down the hill to the water front, Pikes Place, Restaurants and more. Also easy access to freeway and to Capitol Hill. The room was spacious, I also appreciated the environmentally friendly shampoo, body wash, and conditioner large refillable bottles vs small one time use mini bottles.

Every interaction that I had with the staff was a delight, from reception to the bar staff, to the breakfast staff, even the impromptu elevator attendant. I requested a room change for a firmer bed as I have back issues and they quickly changed my room with a smile and no questions asked.

Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we need. Snacks in the lobby were a lovely addition when we were constantly coming in and out.

Valet service was excellent. Manager Hasaam was very courteous and assisted in our situation with car park. We also liked the snacks available by the elevator which was unexpected.

This was our second stay at this location and both times the staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. We especially enjoyed the dinning room staff.

Unique and classy lobby, bar, restaurant… very comfortable beds, clean, warm and helpful front desk… location to Lumen Field, Pike Place Market and downtown. Secure parking attached, location close to I5 and ferries. Fair price

Andrew at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was cozy and clean. King size bed was very comfortable. The shower was superb. Breakfast was fantastic, as well as Michael, one of the staff.
